shah rukh khan & karan johar, two of the biggest names of the indian film industry jointly produced soham’s first movie “kaal”. it had a supernatural twist to it with a sublte wild life conservation message. the movie faired extremely well at the box office giving soham a strong foot hold in the movie industry. it starred some of bollywoods biggest names, ajay devgan, john abraham, vivek oberoi, lara dutta & esha deol.

After a series of deaths in Orbit Park, India, are attributed to a man-eating tiger, wildlife expert Krish (John Abraham) and his photographer (Esha Deol) decide to investigate the incidents for a magazine article. Along the way they meet up with a group of young big-game hunters, and together they realize someone or something else is hunting them. Their only hope of escape is the mysterious Kaali (Ajay Devgan), an aboriginal jungle-dweller who may or may not be trustworthy.
